Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before your order ships. Once an order is marked as shipped or a tracking number has been created, it can no longer be cancelled. Please review your cart, address and payment details carefully at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (EU cooling-off period for distance sales).
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, undamaged retail packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice or receipt) is required.
  • For transit damage or items that arrive Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the issue and the packaging.
Hygiene, Safety & Product-Type Restrictions

Because our products are consumables, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened:

  • Disposable vapes and pre-filled pods/cartridges
  • Coils, pods, tanks and mouthpieces once the hygiene seal is broken
  • E-liquids once opened or with broken seals
  • Clearance/final-sale items, gift cards and downloadable/virtual items

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose under applicable consumer law.

Faulty, DOA or Incorrect Items
  • DOA/Transit damage: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
  • Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days. We will correct the error at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return (RMA)
  1. Contact Support: E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include photos/videos for DOA/damage or faults.
  2. Return Authorisation: Our team will confirm eligibility and send an RMA number plus the correct return address. Do not send items back without an RMA.
  3. Pack & Ship: Return items in their original packaging with all contents, safely packed. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt.
  4. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect your return and email you the approval or rejection outcome.
Refunds
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days after we approve the return; your bank/card provider may take longer to post the credit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was DOA/faulty.
  • If your order used a multi-currency payment, exchange-rate differences and card fees are determined by your bank and are not controlled by us.
Exchanges

Where available, you may choose a like-for-like replacement instead of a refund for approved returns. For safety and compliance reasons, we can only exchange for the same model/variant if stock permits.

Return Shipping Costs
  • Our error/DOA/faulty items: We cover reasonable return shipping or provide a pre-paid label (where available).
  • Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs and for the parcel until it reaches us.
  • Refused or undeliverable parcels may be treated as returns; any actual shipping/handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Opened consumables (e-liquids, coils, pods, disposables) and items with broken hygiene seals
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window for change-of-mind
  • Items not in original condition, missing parts, manuals or free gifts
  • Evidence of misuse, modification, liquid ingress or physical damage
  • Gift cards and final-sale items
Age Verification & Compliance

We sell age-restricted goods. We may require additional information to verify your age when processing returns or warranty claims. Returns may be refused where legal compliance (e.g., age verification or product-safety rules) cannot be satisfied.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In addition to the above, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. This right does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., opened e-liquids, coils/pods, mouthpieces, disposables). To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return items within 14 days of your notice.

Return Address

The return address varies by product and region and will be provided with your RMA. Parcels sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
