We process orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, public holidays excluded) and ship with trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS and local postal partners. Address changes or cancellations are possible only before a shipping label is created.

From time to time we run free-shipping promotions or thresholds. Any eligibility will be clearly shown on the product/cart/checkout pages. When no promotion applies, standard rates are charged.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/volume and the service selected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

If your shipment is 5 business days beyond the upper estimate, or it arrives damaged, contact [email protected] with your order number and (for damage) photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.

 

You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number after your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier collects the parcel. Track via the carrier’s website or the link in our email.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are covered by BangVapeEU for the destinations we service. If a destination requires recipient-paid import charges, this will be clearly displayed before you pay.

Typical transit time is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Remote areas, peak seasons, weather and customs clearance can extend delivery times.

  • Browser/cache or network issues during checkout

A confirmation email with your order number and details is sent automatically after a successful payment. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions or view status in My Account → Orders. Still missing? Contact [email protected].

  • If the order is not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible to cancel for a refund.

  • If it has shipped, follow our Refund & Return Policy to send the item back. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (your bank’s posting time may vary).
    For DOA/quality issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order number.

Log in to My Account → Orders to see status and manage returns. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email or provide your order number and email to support for assistance.

Retours de commandes
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. For hygiene/safety reasons, opened consumables (e-liquids, coils, pods, disposables) are not returnable unless DOA/faulty.

Please contact customer service first and Email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos/videos (for DOA/fault). We’ll provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Replacements ship subject to stock availability.

You can modify your order before it ships (until 11:00 PM PDT – 7:00 GMT) on the same day. To make changes, please contact [email protected]. Once an order is marked as shipped or a tracking number is created, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please carefully review your shopping cart, address, and payment details during checkout.
