Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Processing and dispatch occur Monday–Friday (public holidays excluded). We do not ship on weekends.
Dispatch Schedule & Cut-Offs
  • Orders placed after our daily warehouse cut-off are treated as received on the next business day.
  • You may request cancellation or an address change before we create a shipping label. Once an order is marked “Shipped” or a tracking number is issued, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your parcel safely and on time, such as DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, Local Post. The carrier/method is chosen automatically based on destination, weight, battery/contents, and service reliability.

Shipping Time
  • Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and your specific location.
Tracking
  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking events may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier collects the parcel.
  • You can track on the carrier’s website or via the link in our email.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.
  • All additional customs fees, taxes, or duties will be borne by us.
Address Changes, Re-Routing & Delivery Instructions
  • For security and compliance, we cannot re-route parcels to a new address after dispatch. Carrier re-routing (if available) may incur extra fees and can delay delivery.
  • Please provide a complete, accurate address and a valid phone number for the courier.
Age-Restricted Goods & Signature on Delivery
  • Our products are for adults 18+. Carriers or local laws may require an adult signature/ID check on delivery.
  • Undeliverable due to failed age/ID verification will be handled under the “Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender” section below.
Delivery Issues (Delay, Loss, Damage)
  • Damaged/DOA on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Late or lost: If your parcel has not arrived 5 business days beyond the upper estimate for your region, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
  • Once the carrier confirms loss or we verify damage/DOA, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference and stock availability.
Undeliverable, Refused & Return-to-Sender
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, refused delivery, failure of age/ID check, or unclaimed pickup, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price minus actual shipping/handling costs once the parcel is received back in our warehouse.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
Country/Region Restrictions

Due to regulations on vaping products, we may be unable to ship certain items to specific countries, regions or islands. Any restricted destinations or items will be shown at checkout. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to regulatory restrictions will be cancelled and refunded.

Holiday & Peak-Season Delays

During peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather or carrier strikes, processing and transit times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
