Introduction

Welcome to BangVapeEU (“BangVapeEU”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

• Our products are intended for adults 18+ (or the legal vaping age in your jurisdiction).
• We may perform age and identity verification. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails or is not completed.

General

• Acceptance of Terms: Using the site means you accept these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced here (Privacy, Shipping, Refund & Return).
• Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the site. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Compliance: You agree to follow all applicable laws and not use the site for unlawful purposes.

Ordering

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, stock errors, failed age check).
• Battery & Hazardous Goods: Some items (e.g., lithium batteries) are subject to special carriage rules which may affect the shipping options we can offer.

Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are typically shown in USD. The final amount and currency are confirmed at checkout.
• Unless stated otherwise at checkout, EU prices are VAT-inclusive; UK orders include UK VAT where applicable.
• In line with our Shipping Policy, any additional customs fees, taxes or duties not collected at checkout are covered by BangVapeEU unless we clearly indicate otherwise at checkout.
• We may correct pricing/availability errors and cancel/refund orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment

• Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and SEPA bank transfers (where available). Some methods may not be offered for certain countries or orders.
• Processing & Security: Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store full card details.
• Verification: Additional checks (including 3-D Secure/SCA) may be required. Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.

Frakt

• Preparation: Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, public holidays excluded).
• Transit Time: Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier; remote areas and customs clearance may take longer.
• Costs: Calculated at checkout by destination and weight/volume. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.
• Tracking: You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after collection.

Order Status

• Pending: Order created; awaiting payment.
• On-hold: Awaiting payment confirmation or manual review.
• Processing: Being prepared for shipment.
• Shipped: Dispatched and in transit.
• Completed: Delivered (and where applicable, signed for).

Returns & Exchanges

• We follow EU/UK distance-selling rules. You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery (conditions apply). For hygiene/safety reasons, opened consumables (e-liquids, coils, pods, disposables) are not eligible except for DOA/fault.
• Faulty/DOA items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank/card issuer.

Accounts

• You may create an account to view orders and manage addresses. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• Use the “Forgot Password” function to reset your password securely.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the site for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes.
• Interfering with security features or attempting unauthorised access.
• Reselling or exporting products in breach of applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

• All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to BangVapeEU and protected by intellectual-property laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written consent.

Health & Safety Notice

• Products containing nicotine are addictive and for adult users only. Not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding persons, or individuals with certain medical conditions. Seek professional advice if unsure.

Warranties & Liability

• The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or delays outside our control.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold BangVapeEU harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, regulatory actions or extreme weather.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• EU/EEA consumers: Your contract with BangVapeEU and these Terms are governed by the law of the EU/EEA Member State of your habitual residence. The mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country apply. You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
• Amicable resolution first: Please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve your complaint within 30 days before resorting to court or ADR.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Where required or appropriate, we will cooperate with recognised ADR entities. Using ADR is voluntary and does not affect your right to bring a claim in court.

Severability & Entire Agreement

• If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms, together with the referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and BangVapeEU regarding your use of the site.
